Northridge Care Center is a 97 bed, skilled nursing facility that has been operating since 1990. We specialize in quick recovery and rehabilitation, with the integration of health and wellness.
Our interdisciplinary team aims at achieving a quick recovery through a wellness approach to rehabilitation and complex medical conditions. We also tailor programs and services around wellness and recovery that benefit our residents to help every individual reach his or her optimal functional capability.
As well as our rehabilitation services, focus conditions treatment, and special services we offer an array of amenities including complimentary WiFi, a beauty/barber shop, religious services, and exciting activity programs.
Northridge Care Center is proud to be partnered with Northridge Hospital under their chronic transitional Care Management Program. Through this program we provide a skilled team of medical professionals who are dedicated to reducing readmission to the hospital.
