Northridge Care Center is a 97-bed skilled nursing facility located in the San Fernando Valley, with proximity to several major hospitals including Northridge Hospital, Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, UCLA West Hills, Kaiser Woodland Hills, and Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. The facility offers convenient access to major freeways, including Interstate 5, 101, and 405. Northridge Care Center accepts a variety of public and private insurance plans. The campus features multiple outdoor courtyards and landscaped patio areas designed to support visitation and outdoor activities. Care is provided through an interdisciplinary team that collaborates with panel physicians and clinical specialists to coordinate services based on resident assessments and physician orders.
